Synopsis: A STEAMPUNK SPACE OPERA INSPIRED BY VICTORIAN NOVELS – In a fantastic future, Alice Hyde, heir to the famous Dr. Jekyll from The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, is an intergalactic bounty hunter on a mission to deliver a box to a mysterious client… the Count of Wollstonecraft. What seems like a simple task at first, will demand far more from Miss Hyde than she can (or wants to) give. With strong influences from the sci-fi adventures of Jack Kirby and Alex Raymond, the space operas of the 1970s and 1980s, and steampunk literature, this story blends elements of classic English literature with the distinct Brazilian and thoroughly cearense style of Luís Carlos Sousa (Lâmina Azulada, Arquivos Secretos da Segunda Guerra) along with Rafael Dantas (Mandacaru Vermelho, Fantasma, Lâmina Azulada) inspired drawings and colors. A fast-paced plot filled with action, twists and excitement, this comic aims to revive the adventurous spirit of pulp comics and their connection to classic literature—bringing complete, self-contained stories each installment.
